It has a double sofa-bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a terrace. Due to its size, it is designed for 1 person, but it is also valid for 2 persons since the bed size is 1,30m.

It was used as a store, goods distribution centre and control point for merchandise that arrived by sea (salt, cereal and other products) as well as export produce (fish, wine, etc).Sant Martí d'Empúries Sant Martí d’Empúries is a hamlet dependent on l’Escala, and preserved as a medieval town. It is worth exploring Sant Marti’s narrow streets, enjoy in the several restaurants around the main square and visit the beach close to this small town.L'Escala Old Town Lively throughout the year, l'Escala Old Town deserves to be an obligatory stopping point. With a wide range of services, there are many places you will not forget, such as "La Platja" (a beach right in the centre), the promenade or the nice old buildings in the small streets, among others.Beaches in Empúries Starting from L'Escala we can find the Passeig d'Empúries, which runs to Sant Marti d'Empúries. It's a nice way to go walking, running or cycling while we enjoy the views of the Empúries beaches, the pine trees and the Mediterranean Sea. During the way there are some of the nicest beaches and coves in the area.Cala Montgó Cala Montgó, located on the southern part of L'Escala, it's a nice cove with golden sand. Besides the beach, we also can find bars and restaurants.
